1. Service description

Scalped Ticket operates a fan-to-fan resale marketplace for FIFA World Cup 2026 match tickets, served at scalpedticket.com. The platform connects buyers with independent resellers; transfers are completed through FIFA's official ticketing account system.

Scalped Ticket is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official partner of FIFA or the 2026 FIFA World Cup. All brand and tournament references belong to their respective owners.

2. User obligations

  • You must be 18 years or older to place an order.
  • Provide accurate personal and payment information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
  • Do not re-list tickets obtained from Scalped Ticket on other marketplaces without written consent.
  • Comply with all applicable local laws, including tax obligations, in your country of residence.
  • Misuse of the platform (fraud, account takeover, scraping) will result in suspension and may be referred to authorities.

3. Refund policy

All orders are backed by our marketplace refund policy:

  • Non-delivery: if your ticket isn't transferred to your FIFA account before kickoff, we refund 100% of the order amount.
  • Ticket defect: if the delivered ticket is invalid or doesn't match the order (wrong match, wrong category), you receive a replacement or full refund.
  • Match cancellation by organiser: refunded according to the ticket's issuing authority's policy, plus any Scalped Ticket service fee.

Refunds process back to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Details on the Refund policy page.

4. Privacy

We collect and process personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Highlights:

  • We only collect data necessary to fulfil your order (contact, payment reference, FIFA account email).
  • We never sell your data to third parties.
  • Sensitive data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
